1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you" or "your") and 333cv ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the 333cv website located at https://333cv.app and all associated services, games, features, promotions and payment facilities offered thereon.

By registering an account on 333cv, accessing the platform, placing a bet or wager, participating in any casino game, or using any payment service offered by 333cv, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 333cv platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of 333cv regardless of the device, browser or network connection used to access the platform. They apply equally to desktop users in Dhaka, mobile users in Chittagong, and players accessing 333cv from any other location within Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 333cv platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 333cv operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players aged under 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering an account, placing a bet or participating in any game on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another person or entity.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether applied through 333cv directly or through any third-party responsible gambling programme.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director or close family member of a 333cv employee, where such participation would give rise to a conflict of interest.

333cv employs document-based age and identity verification procedures. When requested, you must provide government-issued identification documents to confirm your date of birth and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 333cv may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the 333cv platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, a valid mobile number and a secure password. All information must match your official government-issued identity documents.

333cv operates a strict one account per player policy. You may not register more than one account using the same identity, the same mobile number, the same email address, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method. Opening duplicate accounts — whether for the purpose of obtaining multiple welcome bonuses or for any other reason — is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

333cv reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, following a large win, or at any time 333cv deems necessary for compliance or risk management purposes. Standard KYC documents may include:

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 333cv account credentials, including your username and password. We strongly recommend that you use a unique, complex password that is not used for any other service. 333cv provides optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which we strongly encourage all players to enable.

333cv will never ask for your password via live chat, email or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from 333cv that requests your password or financial details, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.

You must notify 333cv immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 333cv accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security or your failure to report suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

333cv supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following locally trusted mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. International payment methods such as Visa and Mastercard may be available to select verified accounts. 333cv does not accept cash deposits or withdrawals under any circumstances.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits made to your 333cv account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 333cv wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. 333cv charges no fees on standard BDT deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider's own transaction charges, if any, are your responsibility.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are not proceeds of any criminal activity and that you are the legitimate owner of the payment method used. 333cv cooperates fully with anti-money laundering regulations and reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Larger withdrawals or those subject to additional KYC review may take up to 72 hours to process.

333cv reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. If a withdrawal is withheld for any reason, the support team will contact you within 24 hours to explain the next steps.

4.4 Inactive Account Policy

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. 333cv will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder at the registered mobile number and email address before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from inactive accounts after the 12-month inactive threshold has been reached. Accounts with a zero balance after this point may be closed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

333cv offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. The following general bonus rules apply to all offers unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted).
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household address, per device and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses by creating duplicate accounts will result in cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the duplicate accounts.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• 333cv reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players; 333cv may exclude players from specific offers at its sole discretion if their betting patterns are inconsistent with recreational use.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including but not limited to use of multiple accounts, false identity or collusion with other players, will be cancelled in full and the associated account closed permanently.
• In cases where a bonus was credited in error, 333cv reserves the right to reverse the erroneous credit regardless of whether any portion of the bonus has been wagered.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 333cv — including cricket markets covering BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers ODI and Test matches, and all other sports — are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the point of bet placement. In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a market, the decision of 333cv's trading team is final and binding.

333cv reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered or settled in error, including but not limited to cases of obvious pricing error, data feed failure, or events subsequently found to have been affected by match-fixing or corruption. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the player's 333cv wallet.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on 333cv — including slots, live dealer tables, and card games such as Callbreak and Jungle King — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer studios from providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed in the game's information panel.

333cv is not responsible for interrupted game sessions caused by loss of internet connectivity on the player's side. If a game session is interrupted due to a platform-side technical failure, 333cv will take reasonable steps to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle the round fairly. Players are encouraged to contact support immediately if they experience an unexplained interruption.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on 333cv. These limits are displayed within each game or market prior to bet placement. 333cv reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice, including applying individual player-level stake restrictions where warranted by risk management considerations.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333cv platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

1. Fraudulent Registration: Providing false identity information, creating accounts using another person's identity, or registering on behalf of a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria.
2. Multiple Account Abuse: Opening or operating more than one 333cv account for any purpose, including bonus harvesting, arbitrage betting or circumventing account restrictions.
3. Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including sharing hole cards in live poker, coordinating bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or any other form of coordinated play designed to defraud 333cv or other players.
4. Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to automate betting, game play, or account interactions on 333cv without express written authorisation.
5. Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a known error are not legitimate and will be reversed.
6. Money Laundering: Using the 333cv platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illegally obtained money. 333cv is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspected activity to the relevant authorities.
7. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or reversal of a deposit transaction through your payment provider after funds have been used for gambling. Any account that initiates an illegitimate chargeback will be suspended and the equivalent amount recovered from any positive balance.
8. Harassment: Using the 333cv platform, including live chat and support channels, to harass, threaten, abuse or intimidate 333cv staff or other players.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 333cv account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet converted) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. 8.2 Closure or Suspension by 333cv

333cv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a responsible gaming authority
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so
• Extended account inactivity as described in Section 4.4

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 333cv will communicate the reason to the account holder and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except in cases where doing so would compromise an ongoing security or fraud investigation.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 333cv and its officers, directors, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the 333cv platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from gambling outcomes, including losses on sports bets and casino games
• Losses resulting from temporary or permanent platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Losses resulting from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by your payment service provider
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security
• Indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from use of the 333cv platform

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. 333cv's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the incident giving rise to the liability.

10 Amendments to These Terms

333cv reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. For material changes — those that significantly alter your rights or obligations — 333cv will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform's notification system or via the mobile number registered to your account.

Your continued use of the 333cv platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 8.1 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable principles of fairness and general international gaming industry standards.
